TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promoter Details

The Promoter is Tuhorse Pty Ltd trading as Tuhorse Australia ABN: 41 672 090 176 located at 12/49 Carrington Road, Marrickville, NSW 2204

2. Promotion Period

  • Start Date: 12:01 AM AEST on 1 September 2026.
  • End Date: 11:59 PM AEST on 30 September 2026.
  • Entries received outside this promotional period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility Restrictions

  • Entry is open to legal residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.
  • Exclusion: Residents of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) are strictly excluded from participating in this promotion and are not eligible to win.
  • Employees of the Promoter, its associated agencies, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter the draw, eligible participants must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:

  1. Purchase any qualifying Pump Package from the Promoter via the online store or by phone. Qualifying Pump Packages are those listed at:
  1. The product must be purchased at its standard, genuine retail price. No additional entry or transaction fees apply.
  2.          Orders that are cancelled, refunded, subject to chargeback, fraudulent, or not fully paid will not be eligible for entry.
  3. All qualifying transactions (online and phone) are automatically logged in the Promoter's inventory management system.
  4. Entry Limit: Strictly one (1) entry per unique customer is permitted. Multiple purchases of qualifying Pump Packages during the Promotion Period will not result in multiple entries.

5. Prize Pool & Details

  • The prize is Tuhorse branded Yowy bottle, Tuhorse cap, stickers and stubby holder
  • The total retail value of the prize pack is AUD $220.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.

6. Draw Details

·         Draw Date: 1st October 2026.

 

·         Draw Method: On the Draw Date, the Promoter will export a sales report from Cin7 containing all qualifying transactions from the Promotion Period.

 

·         Prior to the draw, any transactions linked to an ACT address will be removed.

 

·         The remaining data will be de-duplicated by unique customer identity so that each eligible customer is allocated exactly one (1) entry in the pool.

 

·         The winner will be determined at random using a compliant electronic random draw generator.

7. Winner Notification & Publication

  • The winners will be notified by email and phone within two (2) business days of the draw.
  • The winner's full initials, surname, and postcode will be published publicly on https://tuhorse.com.au/pages/winners on 1st October 2026 and will remain published for a minimum of 30 days.

·         By entering the Promotion, entrants acknowledge and consent to the collection, use and publication of their initials, surname and postcode in accordance with these Terms and Conditions if selected as a winner.

8. Unclaimed Prize Draw

If the prize remains unclaimed by the winner after three (3) months, or if the drawn winner is found to be an ACT resident or otherwise ineligible, a redraw will take place:

  • Unclaimed Draw Date: 2nd January 2027
  • Unclaimed Draw Location & Method: Same as the original draw.
  • The new winner will be notified and published in accordance with Section 7.

9. Liability & Platform Disclaimer

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualifies any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
  • To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any faulty technical equipment or failed internet transactions that impact entry eligibility.

10. Privacy

·         The Promoter collects personal information from entrants for the purpose of conducting and administering this Promotion, including verifying eligibility, conducting the prize draw, contacting winners, delivering prizes, and publishing winner information as described in these Terms and Conditions.

·         If an entrant is selected as a winner, the Promoter will publish the winner's initials, surname and postcode in accordance with Section 7 of these Terms and Conditions.

·         Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at TUHORSE Privacy Policy.

·         The Promoter may disclose personal information to service providers engaged to assist with the administration of the Promotion, including prize suppliers and delivery providers, where reasonably necessary.
