Shipping policy
Orders paid by 1:00 PM during our business hours are usually shipped the next business day. However, we will endeavour to dispatch orders the same day where possible. Orders placed during holidays, weekends, or outside of business hours will be processed and shipped on the following business day.
Our prices exclude delivery costs, which will be calculated and charged separately at checkout and are subject to change at Tuhorse's discretion. Smaller items sent via post can be delivered directly to a residential address. For larger or bulkier items shipped via courier, delivery is typically to the nearest courier depot or to a commercial address within a town. Couriers do not typically deliver to remote areas or farms. If you require delivery to a remote property, please contact Tuhorse to discuss available options. Delivery to residential, commercial, or remote addresses may incur additional charges and must be agreed in writing.
All orders will be shipped with tracking. A tracking number will be forwarded to you after your order is shipped. In the unlikely event that you do not receive a tracking number within 2 business days, please contact us.
Orders are subject to product availability. We strive to maintain an accurate inventory record on our website and fill all orders. Should an item be sold out or unavailable due to reasons beyond our reasonable control, a full refund will be sent back to you within two business days, unless you tell us to keep the credit in your account for future orders.
Cancellation:
A full refund will be given to you if we receive a cancellation notice before your order leaves our warehouse. Please call us immediately to cancel an order. Calls received prior to the order leaving our warehouse will be cancelled and you will receive a cancellation confirm number. We are not responsible for orders shipped to you that claim to be cancelled but lack a cancellation confirmation number.
